Last night I was walking past one of our cameras in a room with low lighting. I heard that distinctive click from the camera, looked at it and the IR emitters were glowing.

System was disarmed at the time and nothing was recorded and shown on our Arlo library. In fact the last recording on that particular camera occurred 3 days ago.

But the fact remains that the camera triggered, the low lighting caused the IR emitters to light up and presumably video was being streamed somewhere. My wife thought the same thing happened to her a couple days ago, but she figured she was imagining it.

Anyone else had this happen to them? We're considering removing the system from our home if somehow there is a remote hacking bug with the Arlo. Just too many problems with Geofencing and now this.

This has happened in the past.... not a hack but more of a FW glitch.

I would take that camera and use REMOVE DEVICE, then reboot the base via the power button. The n bring that camera back as new by sync'ing... this will rebuild the modes that may have gotten messed up
