Arlo camera still says to replace the batteries

I have replace the batteries and the camera still says to replace the batteries. It is not a wifi problem, because the pther camer works fine. Brand new batteries and I can't get anything but the bladck screen telling me to replace batteries.

Put in the new batteries ( you did ) , try and reboot the base with the on-off button

check after base reboots...

If still NG, use remove device in cam settings and then bring back as new

I had this issue this week. Took the camera down and re-paired it with the base station. Works fine now.
