Arlo camera sensors stopped working

I have had my original Arlo cameras for about 5 years and my sensors have suddenly stopped working on 2 of the cameras. The cameras still work if I press live feed on the app, but the motion triggers do not work. I have uninstalled & reinstalled them and refreshed the batteries, but still no joy. Any ideas?

Is the proper mode selected? Have you tried rebooting the base?
