Arlo camera not picking up as much motion

My Arlo camera with firmware 1.3.317, hardware H7 seems to do less registrations of movements. At the same time the picture is slightly red all time. The battery is 70% and the Wifi works well.

What is the problem? Anyone😉

Wht is the sensitivity set in your modes and rules? You may need to increase it. If the IR filter is stuck you can get a red/pink image during the day but fine at night. Open and close the battery door to see if that helps. If not, open a case with support:

Your WiFi has nothing to do with Arlo which uses its own WiFi connection.

Thanks for quickly response. I can not find any menu to adjust sensibility on the camera, only sharpness that has been set to 100%.

Read the FAQ here on changing sensitivity. ALso consider creating custom modes for full control. There are a lot of useful FAQs that can help you solve many issues.

 

Quickly, use the Mode tab, click on your base and edit your modes. Each camera that has a rule has a sensitivity setting. Be sure to save.
