Arlo sync

One of my cameras does not sync to base station. As soon as I insert fully charged batteries the blue light begins to blink rapidly even before I push the sync button.  Camera  is one foot away during attempt. Model # vms3230.

When new batteries are installed the cam tries to auto resync ....this is normal.

if not seeing camera, try and remove cam and reinstall
