Arlo billing error

Hi,

 

The only phone number appears to be for technical support but I need to talk to somebody about billing. You took £19.47 from my bank on 1st April when I only pay £6.49 per month. Why have you taken three times as much as you should have done? When will you refund it? How do I get to speak to someone who deals with billing?

You still have to use the same support numbers listed here to talk to someone about billing.
