Hi Tommac, I recently bought tge Arlo system and the batteries that were supplied with the unit were the Panasonic Cr123. These batteries lasted 5days on a 10secrecord time. They were on one day and dropped on the one camera by 25%.. These drained to 0%in less than a week with very limited video usage. I replaced these initial batteries with new batteries and the same thing happened, 0%in less than a week The second camera has the same initial battery type and has been running the same time and has only dropped off by 5%.

What is the total number of minutes of recording and live viewing per camera per day?  Spec battery life is for <5 minutes total per day.

Another possibility is the cameras struggling to maintain a connection with the base.  This can be anything from distance from the base, ductwork, mirrors, walls/ceilings or even house construction. Bringing the cameras close to the base to monitor battery life would be useful. Do you have at least one camera that has good battery life? If so, swap cameras around to see if the issue follows the camera or the location. If this is happening on all cameras, consider moving the base further from the router as well as checking to see if there are any wireless devices that use the 2.4GHz band (doesn't have to be WiFi - could be cordless phones, etc.) near the base that could be interfering with the signal.
