Arlo base station indicator lamp is yellow

Indicator lamp is solid yellow, does not  recoginize internet.  Have tried to reset no luck. How can I do a factory reset if I cannot connect?

What LED is amber?  That can make a big difference.  If it's the power one, all bets are off.

 

You can alsways reset by pressing the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.  Once rebooted, you should have both power and Internet LEDs showing green.
