Hello, if I connected an Arlo set at home but now want also install a set at work, can I watch it on 1 app (phone) ??

Yes. If all are on the same account, it works automatically. If on different accounts, use Settings, Grant Access from one account to the other email address. Follow the emailed directions carefully and completely. Any devices shared will show up in the invited account.
