Hello,

I am trying to set up my Netgear base station with Arlo cameras. I followed the installation instructions:

-connected the base station with an Ethernet cable to the router

-connected a power source to the station

-downloaded Arlo app on my phone, created an account and started setting up

The app can't find the base station whatever I do.

-did reset the base station by using a PIN, pressing for 10 seconds

-rebooted the router

-Power and Internet LEDs solid green on the station

-tried different Ethernet cables

-tried using both Android and iOS devices, connected to the same network the base station is connected to

-tried using my.arlo.com and repeated the steps, but to no avail

No other interfering networks/extenders etc

I exhausted all my means. Please advise. Thank you.

I've had a base station that had the same problem - a different one worked fine. Just to be clear, you're not using a VPN in any way?

Hi, no VPN in use. So the only way is another base station? Mine is brand new, never used.

You can take it to a different location to see if it can be found there. Otherwise it would seem to be faulty.
