Arlo app cannot find my VMS3330 system

I have just set up my 3 wire free HD security camera system model No VMS3330 Following the instructions I downloaded the app to my phone and registered but the app cannot find an Arlo product and keeps asking to try again. Is there another way of linking the system to the app to enable remote access.

if you already set up the system, you do not add it again on the app....

just sign in and pw and you should see all.
