I looked at my data usage this month and arlo is using 600mb of data. Why not join the T-Mobile bingeon program to enable zero rating so it doesn't count against customers data plan?

Ha, you're kidding right ? Binge On is already against Net Neutrality. Not to mention you can't just "join" Binge On.
