Arlo account password not working on different device

I have configured both hardware and app on my iPhone X and everything works. But then I installed the app on my iPad too, and when I try to login, using same user name and password as on my iPhone, I get the error message that says wrong user name or password. Any suggestion? Maybe I can use my account on one device only?

You can use the app on multiple devices with no problem. I would reboot the device and reinstall the app, accepting all permissions. ANy help?
