Arlo Wireless Can't Pair

I bought hte Arlo wireless, just the normal one, and the base station.  

I connected the base station to my router, and got two green lights...not the third light, which is supposed to turn green during pariing.  I've tried removing and re-adding hte base station.  When I try to pair my camera, it won't pair/sync with the base station.  It flashes blue for 10 seconds then flashes fast orange.  Any thoughts?

Yes... get back to the first two left leds green ( power-internet ) Common fault is holding the base button to long

Put batteries in camera ( watch install correctly )

QUICK push on the base sync button (don't hold )

1-2 sec later push the camer sync button
