Arlo Wireless Cameras No Longer Record To Cloud Even Though It Shows They Are!

My Arlo was working flawlessly for about 6-8 months but now it shows that I've got recordings, let's say 3 recordings on front door. However, when I go the date, let's say September 12, I'll click on it and then it says there are no recordings and then they've been wiped clean!  This has been going on now for a few days.  Where are those recordings going?  This is really frustrating.

Do you have a filter set in the library? Look for the funnel icon at the top - it should be "empty" - if it colored in, click on it and reset the selections. Save the setting. Are the videos there now?
