Arlo Wireless Camera - cloudy; tried cleaning and changing batteries

One of my Arlo cameras has started giving me cloudy video (outside camera).  I have checked on here and it says to check the oring but it does not give a great description of its location other than under the battery door.  I have cleaned everything out in the battery housing but still have the cloudiness issue.  I have changed batteries, wiped the lens and taken the plastic off of the lens.  Any assistance would be great!!!

Could you provide a screenshot to show the video quality? You can also try changing the video quality by reading here: How do I get better picture quality from my Arlo camera?
