Arlo Wireless Camera Wll Not Sync With Base Station

Batteries in my Arlo wireless have died.  I replaced with new batteries and now the camera indicates that it is offline.  I removed the device from my system and now attempting to re-sync.  After multiple attempts the camera will not re-sync.

Make sure you are doing a QUICK press on the base sync button and then the camera
