Arlo VMS-3430-100NAS wire-free HD base station with four wireless cameras, 16 CR123 batteries, power adapter, power cable, ethernet cable, four magnetic mounts, outdoor security mount, screws. 

 

My camera is stuck on "getting status"  I deleted the app 3 times and re-installed it.  I took the batteries of a couple of time sto see if it would reset.  Nothing seemed to work.  Not sure what else to do.  Please help!

Have you tried to remove the camera from your settings & re-sync it?
