The problem is that we cannot add a second camera to an existing system that is operational.  This same system has worked in the past with 3 cameras.

The problem is that when logged in under "Devices" with a live picture showing, we hit the "Add New Device" at the bottom of the screen.  Then under "Cameras" we select "Others".  Then under "Others" we select "Arlo".  A message then comes up saying "No Base Stations Found".

We feel that we are logged in because we have to log in to get to have a live picture showing from the exiting camera.

Second camera sync:  We think that we have the second camera synced with the base station, because we first get a slow blinking blue light, followed by a fast blinking amber light, that is then followed by a fast blinking blue light, then no light.

It seems that having a live picture would indicate there is a base station and it is operating correctly.  Why would we get a message "No Base Stations Found" and can this be corrected some way?  Thanks for any help.

Are you using the primary account, used when first setting up the system, or an account that was granted access? You must use the primary account.

Thanks for the reply.  We were wondering if there might be another account causing the problem.  We may have lost the info on the primary account.  Is there a way to recover the primary account info?

Thanks again.

Thanks for your help.  We were able to find the primary account, and found that the cameras were still connected to the system.  The problem is resolved.
