I am trying to edit the Dashboard through my Web Portal.  I can add new widgets but I cannot delete.  Research says I need to click the three dots in the top right hand corner but nothing happens.  I have cleared the cookies and the cache and even tried an incognito window but no luck.

Any suggestions as to what I am missing?

Thanks

On Chrome, at least, clicking on the 3 dot icon causes the widgets to "wiggle". There's then a "-" on the top left corner to delete, along with the 3 dot icon changing to Done. WHat browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?

Thanks.  I have tried both Chrome and Edge browsers but no wiggle and no - sign.  I am wondering if the script being used in being blocked by something but I cannot reduce my security on this machine.  Any developers know what the script file is so I can interigate this?

Is this a corporate computer?

As a consultant this is my own PC. I use this for online banking, etc. and many more sensitive activities.  If someone can tell me what drives the 'Wiggle' than I can have a look at what is blocking it.  I have turned of my privacy blocker and allowed third party cookies for Arlo.  I have also checked Java scripts are allowed so anything else?

It is just javascript.  The browser would display this text if that were not enabled:

This website requires JavaScript to be enabled on your web browser. Want to know how to enable it?

with a link to https://kb.arlo.com/en_US/1091394 (or maybe https://kb.arlo.com/en_AUS/1091394 for you).

Note this only works on the Dashboard page (not the Devices page).

No idea if this matters, but I have Chrome Security set to "standard protection".  Edge has all the relevant security options enabled.  "Use Current Service Provider" is set for DNS, and the Edge Secure Network is turned off.
