Added Arlo Home Security system to my existing Arlo devices.  In doing so, updated to Arlo version 4 apps (on web version and iPhone versions).  I am the main device (an iPhone) and have invited my wife (an iPhone) and given her admin privileges.

Having issues with Geofencing.  Using Arrive/Leave Automations.  I would like to choose arming when specific people leave.  However, I see multiple "people" as "iPhone" and "iPhone", as well as her named iPhone. In total, 3 devices are listed.  I can't tell who is who, other than her named device. How do I tell these other iPhones apart?  Where have they come from?  I feel like I need to be in control here, but Arlo is just divining devices.  I end up having to manually "arm" my system when I leave our house, but the system with go back to standby when "anyone" returns. If I was in control, I'd specify our 2 iPhones, and it would work when we leave the location, like it used to work prior to Arlo version 4.

In the old paradigm (older app prior to adding Arlo Home Security), I never had these issues.  Need advice please.

Check your profile (use the "person" icon top left) for the login settings. For 2FA, edit the list of phones and delete the extraneous ones to see if that helps with identification. In the future, when trusting your phone, use a unique name to help.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not it.  We already use unique names, and only 1 each.  Furthermore, the names we use don't even show up in the "specific people" list.  So, not sure how Arlo is divining the list of "specific people".  I wish it would just let us add phone numbers there, or at least allow users to click on the icons to show what phone numbers were being used.

There is another wrinkle.  Let's just say the "specific people" has 3 devices; call them "iPhone", "Jane's Phone", and "iPhone".  I select "Jane's iPhone", and save.  When I come back in to look, there are 2 devices selected, "Jane's iPhone" and one of the other "iPhone" devices.  Arlo itself is adding to the list of selected devices; and I don't know what that device is.

This is my biggest issue with Arlo version 4.  It's keeping me from arming camera's and security sensor's with geofencing when we leave the house.  I always have to "arm" manually, which kind of defeats the whole idea of geofencing.

I'm hoping others are seeing this issue and can add to the conversation.  Thank you all.  Really appreciate the community!!
