Arlo VMS3230 i can't access the most recent recordings

My wireless arlo cameras have been working kind of ok but have just developed an issue. I can't access current videos but can only see the ones from a day or 2 ago. I receive notifications sometimes ( they seem to miss a lot of activity) but i can't access the most recent recordings. This makes them virtually useless whereas before they were somewhat useable.
I have tried resetting the base station which hasn't solved anything.
Anyone know how to fix this?

are you using PC, IOS phone or android ?
