Arlo VMB3000 will not start synch

Just out of the box and going through set up.

Power and Internet LED's are green but pressing synch button, for 2 seconds or more, does not make Synch light flash.

Any suggestions?

2 seconds  on the base sync button is to long....it's a Quick press only.

I had the same problem synch-ing the base to cameras in that instructions to hold the synch button down for two whole seconds are wrong in quick start guide.  You only push the button quickly on both base and cameras and then it works like a charm.  Thanks!

Thanks for your help. Worked a treat and all up and running now. I think they need to change their instructions.
