I can't get access  to  my base station.  When I log -in from my home network or   any  other networks I see only information:  Your base station is  offline.   I did not change any settings , internet LED is solid green, power is on,  camera  led is solid green,   DHCP is enabled on my router.  It happend today, before I had the access without any problems.

I turned off base station and router but it didn’t help. I have contacted Netgear support and I was advised to remove only base station via application, add it again and synchronize cameras. It worked and I have access to all cameras

You can try turning off your modem, router and base and then turn them back on in that order, letting each initialize before starting the next. I don't think that will help but maybe, just maybe.

Have you tried both the app and a computer browser?
