Arlo Trying to Add Sixth and Seventh Camera Upgraded Service Plan Prior

Hi all, I have a working system with 5 basic Arlo wire free cameras. I upgraded service plan to increase number of cameras and days to hold videos prior to purchase of new cameras. I am unable to add the new cameras. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I need new firmware on newest cameras ... Please and thanks : )

I should add that the blue lights blink slow and steady, but never get to the fast synced stage.

The base camera LED is slowly blinking green? The camera blue LED is slowly blinking blue?

If these are both happening at the same time but the camera doesn't sync, consider there could be some interference happening. Try moving your base station a few more feet away from your wifi router or restarting your wifi router or changing your wifi router's 2.4GHz channel
