Hello,
I've been having a problem recently. Everytime I log into my account and look at the mode, it is on a different mode. I have set it to schedule, but during the scheduled time, it shows disarmed sometimes, armed others. Sometimes when I set it to armed when I'm gone from home for a while, I check my account and it shows back to disarmed. Any ideas what is happening here? I'm the only one on the account and I've changed the password.

Power cycle the base. It might be confused. I've had somewhat similar issues that were resolved with a power cycle.
I have cycled the power on the base station... This does not seem to fix the issue.

Adding to jguerdat's question above, when you check the mode and it says Disarmed (even though you know it should say Armed), is the camera "actually" disarmed or is this just a display issue? If you switch clients (as suggested above) does it show the correct mode?
Additionally, what client are you using that is behaving this way?

Does this happen using both the app and a browser? If so, you may need to reset the base, remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.
I will try and do this. Is there a factory reset option on the base?

It is definitely disarmed. The cameras do not activate until I switch them back to armed. When switching clients (PC and Phone) They are both reading as disarmed. I will then arm it on my PC or phone and both will read Armed. Hours later both will switch to disarmed without me touching anything.

rossnickolas,
A factory reset is automatically initiated when removing the base station from the account. After removing, allow the base station to come back online, log in to your Arlo account and click "Add Device". Select base station and follow the on screen instructions.

Thanks.
I will try this when I get home.
