Arlo Support BOT probably better than person?

Arlo Camera dead and I just wanted to do a factory reset that might kick it into working. Tech was more concerned about how I was charging the batteries than seeing if we could get the dead camera working. Long chat but the summary is in the pic. Camera still dead and Arlo support still suck. Do not buy Arlo if you want any support.
