Just rec'd the ARLO this afternoon.........base station is not sync'ing.......have only 2 green lights on the base.  HELP!!!!!

Depends on what you mean. The base is connected to the servers so that's correct (it doesn't sync as such). Now press the base sync button briefly - don't hold it - and then press the sync button on the camera.

Thanks for replying.....I went to the chat room and got help there and everything is working fine now.
