When I bought and registered my cameras, I lived in Asia. I have since moved to the UK. For some inexplicable reason, the account can't be changed from my old region to the new one. My question is will this effect my rights, billing etc.
I'm also concerned whether I'll be entitled to claim on the The Arlo Europe Theft Replacement (ATR) program should my Video Doorbell be stolen in the UK.

In general, warranty rights depend on where you purchased the cameras, and not where you live now.
Billing and subscription plans do depend on the country the account was created in, as does support.

Your location is recorded when first creating an account and, AFAIK, can't be changed. You may need to cancel your subscription(s) and use Settings, Privacy Center, Delete Arlo Account so you can start fresh in the new region. You'll need a credit card from that country to subscribe again.
