Hi I received the following information (link below) which is branded as Arlo rechargeable batteries today via email in Australia are these rechargeable Panasonic batteries endorsed by Netgear?

This morning you received an email with the subject line "Rechargeable Batteries for Arlo are Here", which was a mistake on our part. The batteries are not rechargeable and we apologise for any confusion caused. The subject line should have read "Need to Replace Your Arlo Batteries".
