I've had 6 cameras for a long time, using the Basic plan. I just purchased 3 more which requires that I upgrade to a paid plan. I have been trying to upgrade my account for 2 days and I'm getting this error:

We are sorry, our billing service is currently unavailable. Please try again ..

Trying to reach someone at Arlo/Netgear is impossible. Help ?

Either use a second account with a second email address and then Grant Access (in Settings) or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here where there are several options.

Be sure that all the card information you entered is correct. Do you see the same behavior when using a different credit card?
