Arlo Pro Base station Amber power light only.

I purchased my arlo 6 months ago and recently had to have my internet router replaced.  Everything was working fine but when the new router was installed I noticed that only the amber power light was on my arlo base.  I have held in the reset button but it does nothing.  Light stays amber and no other lights flash.  HELP!  For the money we paid for this it should last more than 6 mths.

The power light is only amber during rebooting....

 

So, hold in the reset button for about ten secs... the leds should flash amber.

 

If this does not work, then contact Netgear Support ( https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx  ) for posible warranty issue.

 

Is it possible that the router damage the Base unit... yes it's possible... but Netgear will make good on the Base unit
