Hi, I just purchased an Arlo Pro 5 and it won't connect as a new device.  At one stage it appeared to connect and commenced searching for available firmware updates, however, there appeared to be some error as my phone started making a high pitched squelching noise and I had to turn it off.  From researching, I have adjusted my WIFI down to 2.4 ghz but it made no difference.  When trying to connect the Blue light onteh camera flashes and then goes off after about 30 seconds without connecting. 

Any assistance is appreciated.  Thx
