Arlo Portal login failed login with timeout message

Currently cannot sign into Arlo Portal. I can enter email and password but as soon as I hit 'Login', I get a Timeout message as pictured below.

I have cleared all cookies and caches but in Safari but this hasn't fixed it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

UPDATE:

Tried again this morning and now can't even get into login details. I just get a white screen as shown below:

What happens with a different browser?
