I am having a problem with the Arlo Login Portal (which apparently isn't a new problem according to my research here) when I attempt to log in. The problem occurs when I enter my login information and hit "log in" - I am instantly redirected BACK to the login page to re-enter my login information. Some additional info:

  • The problem occurs in all browsers (Google, Safari, Firefox) on my computer
  • All blocking software is deactivated
  • Firewall and antivirus are set to allow Arlo
  • My wife and my cell phone can access Arlo
  • The problem occurred after updating Google

I have looked for solutions through the Arlo community and topics I can find remain unsolved and are deactivated due to lack of activity. If anyone has any insight into this issue please let me know.

Thanks

Chris

@Waverous,

Try deleting your history in the browsers. Sometimes there is a problem with the cache causing this to occur.

Done all that:

  • Deleted cookies
  • Cleared cache
  • New passwords
  • Reset password links

Thanks for the response though. I am now waiting for "2nd Level Tech Support" to call me back.

Are you using Kaspersky A/V? If so, search for "Kaspersky" here for solutions.

I use Sophos A/V software

What happens if you completely and temporarily disable Sophos? Any difference?
