Arlo Information on Router

Such a wierd question, but we recently had 3 meth heads break into our property and make meth. Working to figure out what they did to my router... but they set up a ARLO security system in the house. We know the names of the individuals and im running through the IP addresses that ran through the router. 

QUESTION: Do we know how to work backwards and see if we can find more info on the ARLO owner? I'm 100% sure the system was stolen, so i'd love to help out the real owner if possible...

I suspect the best you can do is to open a case with support and try to provide them the information.  I doubt they'll tell you the personal information but maybe they can reach out.
