Morning. This past weekend we started getting multiple batches of e-mail alerts form the Arlo cameras. The e-mail alerts were NOT new activity, simply repeated e-mails telling us about activity earlier in the day. Has anybody else been having this problem?
For a while we were getting a batch of e-mails almost every 2 hours, which was really annoying. Like I said, it was not new activity, just alerts from activity earleir in the day that we had already seen / responded to. Thanks, and hope you all have a great day.

Morning, what was the problem that engineering identified?
I'll try turning the e-mail alerts back on later on today and see if it works properly now or not.
Also, you might want to let customer service know that engineering apparently have a fix in place , as after I sent in a note to customer service last week and waited days for a reply (they replaied after your last message psoted on August 18th), all they could say was to try power-cycling my Arlo base station and cameras. Not really very helpful at all, and not really anything related to the issue I (and several others) were having regarding e-mail alerts.
Thanks, Paul.

Cattywumpuss,
It was an issue on the Arlo side that only a small number of users experienced. Please let me know if you are still experiencing any problems.

Sounds like you need to revisit your camera positioning as well as your modes and rules. In the rules you can enable or disable notifications as well as to set individual camera sensitivity to motion. That many emails indicates you're getting blowing leaves, cars driving by, etc.
