I have 2 cameras. One is mounted on my roof facing the street. I have to get a ladder out every 2 weeks to change the batteries, which is a pain enough, but that one camera keeps going offline. It has been doing this more frequently since the update! Again , a ladder is involved here. We have changed brands of batteries and still it continues. Is there a way to reset without getting out the LADDER almost every day??!!

Input THAT HELPS is greatly appreciated. Not looking for appologies. I work 70 hours a week and this is a crucial product!

I was having the same problem with just one camera.  I went from going offline every couple days to every day.  Last night I reset the base and resynced the camera.  So far for the last 12 hours it has stayed online.  Seeing how it goes.

As a side note, the reason your batteries run out so fast is likely that your camera is constantly recording, due to picking up so much motion from the street. My batteries last about 3 months.
