Arlo Cameras Will Not Connect Or Update Firmware

Everytime i try to update firmware I am told that the camera is not connected to a network.  I have removed the camera re-added it and it still will not update the firmware.  I have only had it a year and this is happening to 2 of my cameras.  Is there anything i can do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance,

Have you rebooted the base? Is the base firmware up to date? It's possible that the fastest way to fix this is to remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh, updating firmware as you go.
