Arlo Cameras Not Syncing Properly to Base

Hi,

Trying to configure set up and syncing of two arlo cameras to base station.  Confirmed power led and internet led flashing.  Went through sync process first at base station which went fine and then onto each camera indiidually.  Initially, each camera flashed blue upon syncing. Held for 5 seconds.  Then, kept blinking blue only to turn to amber.  Neither camera is being picked upon iphone app.  Help.  The cameras are within a foot to the base unit.

Thanks! That was actually what the problem was. I was holding down sync too long on base. Everything is fine now.

The power and Internet lEDs should NOT be flashing - they should be a steady green.

 

The latest process for syncing cameras is to press the sync button on the base only briefly, such as less than 1 second.  Basically, just tap it or a brief hold.  When the base camera LED starts flashing, press the camera sync button briefly.  Maybe you were holding the buttons too long.
