Arlo Cameras No Longer Syncing With Base Station

I purchased this camera system about 7 months ago. When I first set them up everything went smoothly and the camera's worked perfectly until now. Now both of my cameras lost connection and will not sync. I tried all of the trouble shooting on the website. I tried restarting my router, restarting the base station, removing the cameras from the app and trying to resync. The camera just blinks orange once and then blinks orange twice and it never syncs. I don't know what else to try at this point. My internet is very fast and all of my other devices are connected and running properly.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure it is a QUICK press on the base sync button....
Also another user reported to unplug the ethernet cable and sync'ed then but not sure that will work... worth a try tho
