Arlo Cameras Appearing Offline

Hi

 

I am frequently getting this message on my cameras, "This Arlo Device is Offline."  At times it will appear from one of my cameras, at other times multiple cameras.

 

The Wifi seems to be working otherwise fine on other devices.

 

I'll be checking my Arlo App via the same network's Wifi on my phone and the error will appear. 

 

I get the same error when checking from a desktop.

 

Battery charge is fine on the cameras.

How far are these cameras from the base station?

Thanks.  I'll get you a measurement.  But these cameras have been in place for over 3 years, with nothing changed in the position of the base station.

 

Multiple cameras, will give me the same error message at the same time sometimes.  Other times just one of the 5 cameras.

 

The only change is the addition of a 5th camera, approximately 3 months ago.  The 5th camera is positioned closest to the base station of all the cameras, and frankly that camera gives me the most error messages.
