Arlo Camera not updating

I have the model VMS 3530, but it wont give me an option to click on it. The Arlo package comes with 5 cameras. Only 4 works and one is defective.

 

I have a problem with one of my cameras not updating. I have tried to do all the numerous troubleshooting that was posted in the community. I tried to change it with the rechargeable batteries and nothing powers on. It is fully charged. Is there a way I can get a replacement camera for the defective one? I couldn't find an email for Arlo support.

The quickest thing to do is swap at the store. If you need to open a case, there is no email, just chat and phone. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here and again on the new page.
