Hi All,

 

I was wondering if anyone has claimed a RMA with a Red Tinted Arlo camera. and the replacement is refurbished/used??

 

In my case, yes and very disappointed.

 

Bought 4 brand new cameras and one of them was faulty, only had them for 2 months and now I got a used replacement.

I'm having red issue on mine, how to do contact support? I keep searching and it brings me back to support forums.

The replacement is working fine at the moment. But it is just an old refurbished item. I can see the rubber magnetic part is turning to yellow.

I actually used the online chat function to log the ticket with netgear.
