My Arlo Camera (VMC3030) was functioning fine for about 1 year.  It recently went offline and stopped working.  When I opened the battery compartment, there was noticeable moisture in the compartment.  When I turn on the camera now, the blue light flashes once for about 2 seconds, but the camera won't sync or stay on.  The Arlo cameras are stated as waterproof.  The camera was outside but under a wooden deck, and therefore, protected from rain.

Is there a replacement process to receive a new camera?

Depends on various things such as whether the camera is in warranty. The usual questions about whether the battery door was properly closed, including the placement and condition of the seal will probably be asked. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

It would have been best to do this immediately but even now try using the same process as drying out a phone such as placing the camera, opened up, in a plastic bag filled with rice.
