Arlo Camera Not Recording

Hey guys. Mr newb here. Haven’t been able to record to library manually or record when motion is detected. I have done everything including power cycling, resetting, and setting up new again, still no joy. Also my cameras seem to be pulsing when I live view them. What is the current firmware for the base station? Many thanks.

Have you tried both the app and a web browser to see if both have the issue?
