My cameras were working fine but now one is offline and I can’t get it to reconnect.
I’ve taken the batteries out and fitted new. The camera works for 30 secs then comes up not connected. The night time I fa red leds light up and don’t go out. I’ve tried the camera near the router, deleted the camera and re connected and still have the same issue, any ideas?

Remove the camera from your system. Then re-sync it. Then recreate the rules for that camera in your custom modes

I Tried that and still no luck. It works briefly then the night time LED’s light up and is comes up unable to connect ... reading other posts this seems like a common problem!

I haven't seen this too reported often but I don't read every thread. Is the cameras still under warranty? If so, I'd say you should look to use it

unfortunatly its out of warranty..... does anyone repair them?

No. As usual with electronics these days, it would likely cost more to repair than to buy a new one.

I guess the last step before you abandon hope for this camera is to go to the bottom of this page and click Contact Support and open a support ticket with Arlo. Whether they can do anything with this particular situation is a bit questionable but worth asking the question
