arlo system has worked fine for about a year, but recently we had a camera go dead. We have changed the batteries, cancelled the camera from the system and resync'd it with no success. What do you recommend as the next step?

open battery door 

go to settings and for that camera use remove device

reboot base via the power button, let reboot fully

CClose battery door

resync camera as if new 

 

 

if it still fails, contact Netgear support
