Arlo Battery Life 2 Days Not 6 Months

I installed the camera outside 6 hours ago, it's only 32 degrees and the battery is at 75% already. it will be 0 degrees tomorrow so it will probably last only one day. I didn't like going up a ladder to change the battery and charge it every 6 months but every 2 or 3 days is ridiculous. How bad are Arlo batteries.

Signal quality between the camera and base as well as the total number of minutes of recording and live viewing per day all gets in there. <5 minutes of the latter gets you spec life as long as the camera isn't having issues staying connected to the base.
