dear All,
I installed an Arlo system with 4 HD camera's yesterday, all went smooth (as usual). Today client calls me and tells the right/USB led blinks green. Can anyone tell what that means please ?
kind regards, Léon

Use to be a while back , if the sync button was held to long it would put the base into another state ( prob for the usb port to upgrade or read status , unsure ).
Don't know if it still applies, but after 5-10 mins it would self correct and go off.
Is the unit functional ?
Have they powered down and back, let all come online again?

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your prompt reply !
All camera's plus Basesation work well, no problem. Client just called again and says that the right/USB led is blinking green since yesterday. They didnot use the USB ports. Never had this happening before. Client did not press the sync button on the Basesation either. Are there other solutions ? If not I will wait a little longer to see if it stops blinking, otherwise I will advise to power down/back.
sunny regards form the Caribbean, Léon

As you prob know, the Arlo usb ports are non-functional ( except power and what netgear doesn't tell us )
Maybe @JamesC will be able to answer this one better

Make sure it's not the Internet LED. That will blink when accessing the servers.
